Health through creation

I woke up this morning with a smile on my face, because my first thought was about the painting I'm about to paint for my son's new apartment. Today I'll go out to choose colors for the new painting, and my head is already full of ideas.


I'm going to use shades of blue and turquoise, combined with sand and earthy brown colors. I just love this combination! Waking up in the morning and knowing that I'm going to engage in one of the activities I love doing the most definitely contributes to my mental health.



The connection between mental and physical health is clear and has long been proven: "A healthy mind in a healthy body" is no longer just a slogan. When you do what you love, it affects every part and layer of your life. Many people go through an entire life without reaching their purpose. Finding your purpose is not a simple task, and even if you have found your purpose, sometimes there is more than one thing you are good at, which makes the task even more complex. There are no fixed rules that apply to everyone, but what is certain is that if you wake up with joy in your heart, doing what you love, and looking forward to a new day, that is already health. When you smile, every cell in your body feels your positive quantum energy. This energy is a force that radiates outwards, similar to a ray of light, bringing with it good feelings and joy. When you live in positive energy, you create an aura, a layer of energy around you, that attracts good things to you.


Your aura can affect your environment; people feel this energy, and it can improve your relationships with others. When you live in light, you not only feel better, but you also have a positive effect on those around you.


So be good to yourselves, choose to do/engage in things that make you feel good. If drawing makes you feel good, just do it! The main thing is that you smile, because smiling is health.
