Shipping

Each order of an in-stock item is carefully handled and prepared with care, and will be shipped within 3–7 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

Shipping costs:

  • Wine packages – 50 NIS (Central Israel)

  • Wine packages – 70 NIS (Nationwide)

  • Paintings – shipping cost will be calculated and updated after purchase, depending on size and delivery location within Israel

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Express delivery – up to 4 business days

  • Remote areas – up to 8 business days

  • Self pickup – by prior telephone arrangement only

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from in-stock inventory may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition without any damage.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All returns and exchanges are subject to the Website Terms of Use and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
