General

  1. Roni Bakshi ID No. 027865815 (hereinafter: “the Website” and/or “the Company”) is an art website specializing in paintings and art accessories, where the Company’s products may be purchased, including paintings, photographs, wine packages, and exclusive lifestyle products. The purchase of the various items (hereinafter: “the Items”) is carried out through the Website in a simple and fast manner, providing a friendly, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

  2. Use of the Website is subject to your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Without derogating from the generality of the above, access to and use of the Website constitutes the user’s full acceptance of these Terms and an undertaking to comply with them.

  3. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

  4. “User” – any customer, casual visitor, or individual who enters the Website and/or purchases any item offered for sale.

  5. The use of masculine language is for convenience only and refers to all genders.

Purchase Process

  1. Purchases on the Website are available to users who are Israeli citizens and/or residents and/or individuals legally permitted to stay in Israel, aged 18 or older, and holding a valid credit card.

  2. The Website is available for purchases 24 hours a day.

  3. A user wishing to purchase items shall select the desired item, including size, color, and quantity, as well as the delivery method (registered mail, courier, or self-pickup) (hereinafter: “Order”).

  4. Payment may be made via credit card or PayPal, as specified on the Website.

  5. For credit card payments, the user must enter personal details such as full name, address, email, phone number, and any additional information required to complete the transaction.

  6. Credit card processing is carried out through the secure payment system of Tranzila, which operates in accordance with PCI DSS security standards.

  7. Upon completion of payment, the user will receive an email confirmation. Final approval of the transaction will be granted only after credit card verification by the credit card company.

  8. All prices displayed on the Website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  9. Website records shall constitute prima facie evidence of all transactions conducted through the Website.

  10. The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information only.

  11. The Website administration may, at its sole discretion, terminate the purchase process immediately and/or refuse to supply items if false or inaccurate information is provided or for any other reason deemed appropriate.

  12. The Company may cancel any order in case of typographical errors, pricing errors, product description errors, delivery time errors, or any other mistake. The Company will notify affected users accordingly.

  13. If an order is not approved by the credit card company, the user will be notified and may contact customer service within 7 days to resolve the issue; otherwise, the order will be canceled.

  14. Delivery times are calculated from the date of final credit card approval.

Delivery of Items

  1. Items will be delivered subject to valid payment approval.

  2. Deliveries are made within Israel only, to the address provided by the user.

  3. Delivery options include registered mail, courier service, or self-pickup.

  4. Shipping fees will be added to the total order amount.

  5. If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., incorrect address or restricted access area), the Company will contact the user to arrange alternative delivery.

  6. Delivery times are based on business days only (Sunday–Thursday, excluding holidays, holiday eves, and Fridays/Saturdays).

  7. The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, postal services, strikes, or force majeure events.

  8. The Company may require the recipient to be present at delivery and/or present identification and/or the credit card used for purchase.

  9. The Company reserves the right to cancel delivery in case of pricing or typographical errors.

Self Pickup

  1. Self pickup is available from the studio.

  2. Self pickup may be arranged within one business day after order confirmation and must be completed within 21 days; otherwise, it will be considered cancellation by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation shall be made in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

  2. Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receipt of the product or receipt of transaction details, whichever is later.

  3. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email only: ronib3107@gmail.com

  4. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value (or as permitted by law) will apply, in addition to shipping costs.

  5. If the product has already been shipped, shipping fees will not be refunded.

  6. Return shipping costs for products already delivered shall be borne by the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  7. Returns or exchanges are allowed only for items in stock and not custom-made. Refunds will be issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  8. If an item is out of stock, the Company may cancel the transaction or offer an alternative product.

  9. The Company reserves the right to cancel any transaction at its discretion, including cases of unlawful conduct, false information, or technical errors.

Returns Policy

Defective Items

  1. The customer must inspect the item immediately upon receipt. Any defect or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours.

  2. Defective items may be returned at the Company’s expense after coordination with customer service. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Non-Satisfactory Items

  1. Exchanges are available upon request. Return shipping in such cases will be covered by the Company.

  2. If the customer does not request an exchange, they may cancel the transaction subject to the cancellation policy.

Secure Purchase & Privacy

  1. The Company places high importance on data security and operates in accordance with strict e-commerce security standards.

  2. Credit card transactions are processed via Tranzila, compliant with PCI DSS standards.

  3. The Company takes reasonable precautions to protect user data but shall not be liable for breaches caused by external factors, hacking, or cyberattacks.

Privacy Policy

  1. This policy applies to all data provided by users and collected during Website usage.

  2. The Website will not use personal information without user consent, except for operational purposes.

  3. By using the Website, the user agrees that personal data may be stored and used for marketing, communication, and service purposes. Credit card details are not stored.
