Israeli art
In 2012, I was among hundreds of artists selected to exhibit in “Israeli Art” the largest and longest-running Israeli art exhibition, held for over 25 years under the sponsorship of Bank Hapoalim.
Being chosen to exhibit alongside so many artists filled me with deep pride. To be included among a collective of relevant and talented artists, to see my name printed in the official catalog next to established figures in the art world this was a peak I had aspired to reach, a milestone that affirmed I was on the right path.
The painting “Rhythm of Life,” exhibited in the show a 180×60 cm acrylic work with sandy modeling paste—expresses one of the themes that has always accompanied me: the vibrant energy of urban life, its movement, and the people who carry it.
Seeing the painting displayed on the walls of Bank Hapoalim’s headquarters, alongside well-known names in Israeli art, filled me with pride and satisfaction, but above all with a drive to continue toward the next peak, the next goal.
Beyond personal recognition, I was also glad that my work contributed to something larger than myself. The proceeds from the sale of the painting were donated to the Israeli AIDS Task Force. Being part of such a meaningful cause through art strengthened my belief that creation can touch the world far beyond the wall on which it hangs.
